Faculty Mission
The Faculty of Commerce and Law exists to generate business knowledge in order to produce renowned captains of industry, commerce and the public sector.

Studying with the Faculty
The general entry requirement is that a candidate must have a minimum of 5 'O' level passes including English Language and Mathematics for the diploma and undergraduate programmes. A student who has passed Mathematics at another university or obtained a full professional qualification from professional accounting bodies or with at least two 'A' levels passes in Accounting, Economics and Management of Business will be considered as a replacement for the 'O' level Mathematics entry requirement.
Special Entry Requirement
For candidates who want to enrol in the faculty of Commerce and Law programmes but have no Mathematics at 'O' level, there is a special entry provision for those who have, instead, Accounts, Statistics or a numeracy subject passed at 'O' level or at a recognized diploma level.
Programme Delivery Strategies
Since our programmes are through ODL route, the delivery is through modules, vacation school, weekend tutorials, DVDs and other strategies.
