International Research Conference 2013
The annual International Research Conference (IRC), hosted by Zimbabwe Open University will run from the 25th to 26th of July 2013, at the Rainbow Towers. The theme of the 2013 Research Conference is:
“Innovations for Sustainable Development”
The subthemes for the international research conference are:
- Global Competitiveness
- Sustainable Economic Development
- Africanisation and Scholarship in ODL
- Environmental Sustainability
Our Key Note speaker will be Professor Vincent Tenebe, the Vice Chancellor of the National Open University of Nigeria, a very prominent and acclaimed intellectual. Plenary session speakers will include among them;
- Hon. Francis Nhema (MP), Minister of Environment and Natural Resources
- Dr. Joseph Shevel, President of the Galilee Institute, Israel.
- Dr. Tafataona Mahoso, a renowned media guru and practitioner
- Dr Godfrey Kanyenze, a renowned economist
