What is the ZOU Student Recruiter Program?
The Zimbabwe Open University (ZOU) is thrilled to introduce its Student Recruiter Program—an initiative aimed at expanding the reach of university education in the country and beyond.
By becoming a ZOU Student Recruiter, you act as a vital link between the university and aspiring students across the globe.
This role allows you to champion a meaningful cause with a unique link to facilitate seamless tracking of your referrals, empowering you to earn commission-based income.
We strongly encourage students to participate in this role.

How It Works
Fill Application Form
Join the Zimbabwe Open University (ZOU) as an esteemed Student Recruiter! The journey begins by filling out the ZOU Student Recruiter form. Earn up to 10% commission on successful referrals while connecting aspiring students.
Await Approval
After you've submitted your application, our team will review it. Once approved, you'll move on to the next stage in the process.
Sign Agreement
The next step is to formalize your commitment. You'll be sent an official agreement to sign and receive a unique link that you'll use for tracking your referrals.
Start Referring
Now that you're a ZOU Student Recruiter, it's time to activate your network. Promote The ZOU's educational programs to potential students. Remind them to include your name during the signup process.
Claim Commission
For each student you successfully recruit, you'll earn a commission of 10% of their first semester fee. You need a total of 5 students before your commission is paid out.
Terms and Conditions
1. Payout and Tracking
- Commission payments will be processed quarterly.
- Recruiters will receive a unique tracking link for promotions to ensure effective tracking.
2. Student Benefits
- Recruiters can leverage ZOU's 10% early enrollment discount as an incentive to encourage enrollments. This discount is available from October to February and April to August.
3. Recruitment Guidelines
- Recruiters are encouraged to be familiar with ZOU programs and admission procedures available on the website (www.zou.ac.zw) and prospectus, especially when engaging directly with potential students.
- ZOU staff members are not eligible to participate as recruiters under this plan.
4. Definition of Successful Recruitment
- A successful recruitment entails freshly enrolling a student in one of the disciplines offered by ZOU, with the student having paid and enrolled for their first semester.
- Payouts will be processed for the recruiter only upon the enrolled student's payment of semester fees.
5. Coverage and Exclusions
- This recruiter program covers all the educational programs offered by ZOU.
