Dr Zvinaiye Chimbadzwa

Dr Zvinaiye Chimbadzwa is the Chairperson of the Department of Business Management and a Lecturer in Human Resource Management with over ten years of university teaching experience. She has taught extensively in areas such as Strategic Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Leadership in Organisations, Industrial Psychology, Performance Management, and Change Management. Dr Chimbadzwa holds a Bachelor of Management in Human Resources, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a PhD in Human Resource Management. Her academic and professional work focuses on developing effective organisational leadership and human resource practices in dynamic and evolving environments. Her research interests include leadership, workforce diversity, human resource analytics and information systems, digital transformation, and change management. Dr Chimbadzwa has contributed to scholarly research in these areas, and a selection of her published work is outlined below.
