ZOU Kicks Off 25th National Sport Tournament: A Fusion of Legacy and Progress

The Zimbabwe Open University (ZOU) is proud to host its highly anticipated 2025 National Student Sport Tournament, which commenced this Thursday, 4 July, and is set to conclude on Sunday, 6 July at the Hillside Teachers’ College. This year’s tournament, themed “Rooted in Tradition, Rising with Innovation: ZOU@25,” is poised to be a dynamic showcase of both athletic excellence and intellectual vibrancy.

The four-day event is a landmark occasion, coinciding with ZOU’s 25th anniversary. It will unite students from across the nation in a diverse array of competitions, fostering camaraderie and celebrating talent. Guiding participants and spectators through the exciting program will be the esteemed National SRC President, Miss J. Madombwe, serving as the Director of Ceremonies.
