ROLE AND CONTRIBUTIONS

Mrs. Felistus Musengeyi is a seasoned Quality Assurance professional with over 10 years of experience in administrative and quality assurance roles within the higher education sector specifically in the Open and Distance e-Learning (ODeL) environment. She oversees the University’s academic and administrative operations, ensuring excellence and upholding the integrity of policies, regulatory standards, and international benchmarks. Felistus possesses a solid background in educational management, risk management, and governance. She serves on all Regional Campus committees, providing guidance on quality management systems and international guidelines. Throughout her career, Felistus has demonstrated expertise in quality assurance through various roles, including Conducting institutional audits; Facilitating quality training programs and Guiding the implementation of innovative policies to enhance teaching, learning, and research standards. Her active headship has been instrumental in maintaining high-quality standards across academic and administrative processes at the Regional Campus. Felistus’s research interests include Process Improvement Methodologies; Quality Metrics and Benchmarking; Risk Management and Mitigation; Audit and Compliance; Technology and Quality Management; and Customer Satisfaction and Feedback. In addition to her professional endeavors, Felistus Musengeyi is the founder and Board Member of Favourite Child Network Trust, a community-based organization established in 2010. She also serves as a board member of the Family in Need Trust, Zimbabwe.
