ROLE AND CONTRIBUTIONS

Ms Tichareva is an accomplished professional with over 17 years of experience in administrative and quality assurance roles within the higher education sector. She is the Quality Assurance Coordinator at Manicaland Regional Campus, where she oversees academic and administrative operations to ensure alignment with university policies, regulatory standards, and international benchmarks. She also has a solid background in human resources administration and risk management.

Throughout her career, Sarah has demonstrated her expertise in quality assurance through roles such as conducting institutional audits, facilitating quality training programs, and guiding the implementation of innovative policies to enhance teaching, learning, and research standards. Her dynamic leadership has played a pivotal role in maintaining high-quality standards across various academic and administrative processes. Her research interests include issues in quality assurance in online education, academic programme evaluation and accreditation and student satisfaction and engagement
