Professor E. Z. Professor Nyakatawa highlighted that they not only help students navigate their studies but also guide their development and assist them in overcoming various academic, personal, or socio-economic challenges.

The comprehensive program agenda covers a wide range of topics aimed at fostering a culture of continuous improvement. By the end of the workshop, participants are expected to demonstrate improved emotional intelligence, communication, and problem-solving skills. The training also focuses on preparing staff to more effectively handle student diversity, mental health challenges, and conflict resolution.

Professor Nyakatawa wrapped up his speech by thanking the organizers and facilitators, stating that their efforts were making a significant difference in the lives of ZOU students and the future of the university. He urged everyone to be fully present, share their expertise, and work together to create a more inclusive, strategic, and student-focused learning environment. “Your efforts leave a big difference in the lives of our students and the future of Zimbabwe Open University,” he said.
